After 13 years working for Matthews Cremation (formerly known as IEE) I started my own business to offer better service and better prices.

Pure Flame is fully insured and licensed. We have a warranty on all of our work and a very happy customer base that would love to tell you about their experience with us.

Most repair companies employee people that only know how to somewhat repair equipment but they have no idea how to operate or perform a cremation which causes problems after they leave. I have run a cremator for the last 7 years and continue to operate one to this day. This gives you the customer a better service and repair due to the fact I understand how it should work and can make educated adjustments based on my knowledge of operation.

I also used to teach operator training at CANA conventions while at Matthews. Since then I have come to believe that there needs to be more time on the physical machine and running the machine then on bookwork. Pure Flame also does operator training at your facility.
